I'm a senior double majoring in Communication Studies and Business Marketing with a minor in Journalism. I am excited to bring back The Black Perspective and keep everyone aware of what's going on in the world. My goal is to bring together all minority organizations through this medium, expand the minds of every reader, and raise awareness of what a student at this school faces. I'm a sophomore majoring in Pre-Communication Studies with a minor in Journalism. I'm estatic to be joining forces with Jasmin and our great committee members to bring you all a plethora of news: ranging from the latest political debate to what Drake had for breakfast this morning. Black Perspectives is an essential part to the UNC Charlotte community because we give a voice to the underrepresented student populations that account for 36% of our 28,000 students. Buckle up, we're going places!
