Halloween Lynching Display in Kentucky

Raw Story stated Military authorities removed a Halloween display that portrayed a black family hanging from a tree at Fort Campbell. The photograph of the display was sent to Army officials for investigation.
Authorities stated that the unidentified resident told militant officials that the display was not to intentionally offend anyone and did agree to take it down.
A photograph of the outdoor display published by ClarksvilleNow shows three figures, stuffed, with black trash-bag faces hanging from a tree in the front yard of a home on the base. Militant officials state that the offensive display was removed and the resident apologized for the display, and no disciplinary action was announced.
