What do you value about yourself? What are three words that define you? How would you like others to remember you? What quotes or words do you live by?

The collection of expectations about on value, appeal and consistency that you've made in response to knowing who you are, how you want to be remembered and having words to live by, involves your reactions to your personal brand.

The D.I.V.A.S hosted an event on Wednesday to help attendees build a brand for themselves will in college in preparation for the workforce. With the special guest Dr. Brenda Tindle who help the young men and women "upgrade" theirselves from mediocre to superior.

Keeping in the spirite of building a brand on the inside and out, Dr. Tindle gave several tips that incorporated one's physical body. Strategies to conducting yourself in a manner that is consistent with your brand include:

Head=Strategy: a method or plan chosen to for a desired future, achievements, and goals

Heart=Value: principles or standards of behavior; one's judgment of what is important in life.

Hands=Relationships: the way in which two or more people or organizations regard and behave toward each other.

Stomach=Content: in a state of peaceful happiness

Dress= Identity/ Package: the fact of being whom or what a person or thing is.

Feet/ Legs= Tactics: an action or strategy carefully planned to achieve a specific end.
